Sailor Moon animyu musical troupe review

Today I stopped by the Cherry Blossom festival in downtown SF to hang out and just relax. It’s been a very busy week and has certainly taken a toll on me. Anyway, on the suggestion of a friend I stopped in to see a live-action singing cosplay troupe called Animyu at the Japan pavilion. I must admit that I dug them. It’s always nice to see people being passionate about something they obviously care about.

Although I know ass-all about Sailor Moon, the crowd dug them heartily. The picture above describes my reaction to their performance.

(I never said that I quit being metal.)

In a slapdash attempt to actually have fans take something for free while not endorsing tactics akin to a guerrilla raid on a weapons storage facility, a certain site with an unbelievable dumb name is now streaming Hitman Reborn as part of a package deal with a major Japanese media conglomerate whom I’m sure none of you care about.

(Any marketing majors out there? Not trying to alienate you, just seeing if any of this “humor” will boost me past my current salary)
