Shipping

All shipping and processing of your order is done after we receive payment via Paypal. We ship from the United States of America, and thus observe all of the postal holidays of the ol’ USA. Orders are processed ASAP.

We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs. We utilize specially-designed mailers so that your books and other articles run a very low risk of accidental damage during transit. This protects your goods so you may enjoy them until your heart is all warm and fuzzy.

Please rest assured knowing that we have never aimed, nor will we aim, to make money on shipping. We’re not a discount Ebay service, clamoring for a way to make an extra five dollars. All prices are indicative of current shipping rates as verified by the United States Postal Service.

An important note: *PLEASE SPECIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AS CLEARLY AS POSSIBLE. *If you are buying a gift for somebody else or wish to use another address, this is very important. It is very difficult to trace mail to incorrectly provided addresses, and may be solely at the discretion of your local post office.

Returns

As we sell unique and rare goods, Tokyogetter has a firm ‘no returns’ policy. We will offer store credit if and ONLY if a book or other item has been severely damaged in transit to you, but you must provide the book with its original packaging and pictures of the damage, which we will then verify against our own photo records. This must be done within three days of delivery.

It should be noted that in 2 years of doing business, we have only had one complaint of damage during shipping, and it went unsubstantiated.
